To save you time, here are things we genuinely can't help with:
- Account issues with a bookmaker — we're an independent comparison site, not a bookmaker. If your withdrawal is delayed or your account is frozen, contact the bookmaker's own support team directly. They handle their own accounts.
- Betting predictions or "guaranteed" tips — we don't sell or share tips. No one can promise winners.
- Customising bonuses — bonuses are set by the bookmakers, not us. We can't increase your welcome bonus or unlock extra rewards.
Response times
We aim to reply within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Telegram is usually fastest. For email, please allow up to 2 business days during busy periods. Messages about partnerships or press get the fastest turnaround.
